NIGHT TO SHINE Volunteers Needed To Serve At SPECIAL NEEDS PROM on Friday, February 9 at 6:30pm at HyVee Arena in Kansas City, Missouri
Join GenesisKC and VOLUNTEER at NIGHT TO SHINE KC Special Needs Prom sponsored by The Tim Tebow Foundation. This unforgettable, Worldwide Prom Night experience, is centered on God’s love for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. The VIP Guests will be pampered at the salon, walk the red carpet, get their picture taken by the Paparazzi, eat dinner and then dance the night away with their friends in an atmosphere that knows no disability.
GenesisKC will be joining Graceway Church to be part of the 1,000 member volunteer team that is needed to give the VIP special needs teens and adults a heartwarming and uplifting evening. For one night, these VIPs step out of the world of struggle and worry and into a place that celebrates their courage, strength, and joy. The result is nothing short of amazing and worthwhile.
Use your gifts by choosing your volunteer spot for the evening which includes: Registration, Set Up, Parking, Greeting, Check In, Security, VIP Buddy Companion, Food Service, Paparazzi/Red Carpet, Sensory Room and Tear Down.

After you register and complete a background check, Graceway Church will give you the necessary information and training for your vital role at NIGHT TO SHINE.

ENCOUNTER Bible Studies on Tuesdays at 7:00pm at Connection Point Church in Raytown, Missouri
Join us for our ENCOUNTER Bible Studies on Tuesdays at 7:00pm at Connection Point Church in Raytown, MO. We meet in The Underground area of the Church building.
ENCOUNTERS include a get-acquainted activity, watching a video segment on the topic, group discussion, a time to pray for the needs of those in our group and refreshments. Invite a single friend to come with you!
We are presently going through the “IF” video series by Mark Batterson. On January 16, we will be having a meal at the beginning of Encounter including Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Chips, Pickles and Dessert.
